Sharona Ross, M.D. Joins The International Association Of HealthCare Professionals

Florida Hospital Tampa is proud to announce that Dr. Sharona B. Ross, has been formally recognized by The International Association of HealthCare Professionals and will be joining the organization as its newest member. This achievement will coincide with her recent publication in The Leading Physicians of the World, an annual publication that highlights some of the most accomplished medical professionals around the world.

Florida Tampa Hospital is known for embracing the most advanced forms of surgical treatments and innovative medical care. Dr. Ross has long been one of the leading physicians, known for her expertise, skill, and precision in minimally invasive surgery and robotics. She has received training as an HPB surgeon and Advanced Foregut, and is certified by the American Board of Surgeons. She is our Director of Surgical Endoscopy, Director of Minimally Invasive Surgery, and the Director of Advanced GI and Fellowship Program of Florida Hospital Women in Surgery Initiative.

With more than eight years in minimally invasive surgical care, Dr. Ross has risen to the forefront of the industry. Her publication in The Leading Physicians of the World is certainly a testament to her continued efforts and commitment to excellence.
