The purpose of this conference is to provide a platform for discussing unique challenges that women face in business and in life, and to develop strategies for helping women to overcome these obstacles and achieve the greatest heights of success. Dr. Ross inspired women with a talk on "Achieving Your Goals: You Really Can Have it All."
