Tampa Prep Career Day- January 15, 2015

Dr. Sharona Ross participated in a panel of professionals at Tampa Prep’s Career Day on January 15, 2015. The purpose of the panel was to enlighten high school seniors about the various career paths that they could take in their future. Dr. Ross spoke to them about her career path as a surgeon, and she was able to also provide them information about our summer research program and internships.

This program attracts 20 students each summer. The students are able to observe and participate in research projects; it is a great opportunity for the students to learn more about medical careers, specifically, Surgery.
