Samuel Bae, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon. After graduating from Duke University, Dr. Bae received his medical degree from the University of South Florida. He completed a general surgery internship at Allegheny General Hospital. He went on to finish a general surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Bae is fluent in English, Korean and medical Spanish.

Nathan DeAngelis, DO, is a fellowship-trained surgeon with advanced skills in minimally invasive techniques and substantial experience in robotic-assisted surgical procedures. His small-town upbringing in western Pennsylvania instilled in him a strong understanding of the importance of family and community, and is a central tenet of his philosophy of patient care. An honors graduate of St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, he earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing his residency training at Midwestern University/Chicago College of Medicine, he elected to pursue advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at Johns Hopkins-affiliated hospitals in Baltimore. Dr. DeAngelis’s specialties include anti-reflux surgery, breast biopsies and surgical treatments, cholecystectomy, gastric surgery, laparoscopic hernia repair, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, skin cancer surgery and placement of feeding tubes and venous access ports.

William L. Huether III, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon with special interests in minimally invasive and robotic surgeries including laparoscopic anti-reflux, hernia repair and gallbladder surgery. A proud graduate of the University of South Florida College of Medicine, he received his surgical residency training at the University of Florida's Shands Hospital. Dr. Huether brings his considerable experience in complex laparoscopy procedures to the AdventHealth Medical Group's surgical team with offices in Lake Mary, FL. He is an active member of multiple prestigious medical societies, including but not limited to the American College of Surgeons, the E.R. Woodward Surgical Society, the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons and the Society for Surgeons of the Alimentary Tract. He also serves on the clinical faculty of the Florida State University College of Medicine. Dr. Rideman is a board-certified and fellowship-trained surgeon. He joined AdventHealth Medical Group’s elite surgery team in Lake Mary from Lifebridge Health Systems Northwest and Sinai Hospitals, where he served as an on-staff general surgeon. Prior to that, he completed a fellowship in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD. Dr. Rideman earned his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, after which he completed his general surgery residency at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine/University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he was named Chief Resident.
