Our freestanding emergency department will be staffed with an expert team of emergency physicians and other highly trained providers who are experienced in treating the full spectrum of medical emergencies in kids and adults, including:

• Broken bones
• Complicated fractures
• Deep wounds
• Difficulty breathing
• Heart attack symptoms (such as chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea, dizziness, extreme fatigue and upper body discomfort)
• Major head injury
• Poisoning
• Severe abdominal pain
• Severe allergic reactions
• Severe burns
• Stroke symptoms (such as facial droop, slurred speech and sudden numbness on one side of the body)
• Vomiting or coughing up blood

For illnesses and injuries that aren’t life-threatening, our AdventHealth Centra Care urgent care centers are ready to serve you with walk-in availability seven days a week.

Your treatment doesn’t end in our emergency rooms. We’ll continue to provide the care you need, whether it’s hospitalization, physical therapy or follow-up visits with your primary care provider or a specialist.
