Life happens, and sometimes you need immediate care when you least expect it. With emergency room and urgent care services under one roof at AdventHealth ER and Urgent Care Meridian, formerly Centura Emergency and Urgent Care Meridian, you don’t have to guess where to go for unplanned health care.
We offer 24-hour care for medical emergencies, including heart attack and stroke symptoms, persistent diarrhea, head and neck injuries, uncontrolled bleeding and other sudden illnesses or injuries.
We also treat urgent health concerns like minor injuries, bladder or urinary tract infections, earaches, flu symptoms, asthma, rashes, sprains and strains.

Unlike a traditional urgent care facility that closes during the evening and treats limited health issues, our AdventHealth ER and Urgent Care Meridian clinic is always open, with emergency care available 24/7 and urgent care services available daily from 7 am to 9 pm. We have the technology and experts to address both urgent and emergency conditions — giving you the right care right when you need it.

Onsite Lab and Imaging
Whether you need a rapid strep test or a scan to see if that ankle is broken or just sprained, we have the necessary tests and screenings onsite. From computed tomography (CT) scans to ultrasounds and X-rays, we’ve got it covered.

This is an emergency medical facility that includes an urgent care center. Emergency medical conditions are treated 24/7 and are billed at emergency room rates. Urgent medical conditions are treated from 7 am to 9 pm daily in our urgent care center. We will screen and treat you regardless of your ability to pay.
